The documentary aims to reveal how original musical production in Brazil emerges from a territory shaped by cultural crossroads, peripheral trajectories, and affective networks. It follows four groups (Paulo Maia Quartet, Bebé Pacheco and Ubandu, Dom Black, and Os Últimos Escolhidos do Futebol), exploring not only their aesthetics and creative processes, but also how their personal stories echo the city’s cultural dynamics. The film seeks to understand how the city, strategically located at the heart of São Paulo’s countryside, has become a meeting point for musical experimentation.
