A hysterically funny farce that finds its way conveniently into a Denver’s Chicano barrio, to tell a story about community protest and the value of the working class. It has been performed by Chicano/Latino companies such as El Teatro Vivo, Teatro Cuarto and Su Teatro as well as the San Francisco Mime Troupe. The play, a comedy , centered in a working-class community has been characterized as “a side-splitting, chaotic comedy of errors.
“Think classic commedia dell’arte meets The Honeymooners.”
Readings, School Shows, and More will also be produced in the spring.
